Beginner Reformer

Perfect for those new to Pilates or Reformer work, this class focuses on core alignment, posture, and control. You’ll learn foundational techniques at a steady pace to build strength, confidence, and awareness.

Beginner Tower & Reformer Combined

A supportive introduction to both Reformer and Tower Pilates in one balanced class. You’ll spend 25 minutes on the Reformer and 25 minutes on the Tower, with a 5 minute change of equipment, giving you time to learn the equipment, movements, and Pilates principles at a steady, approachable pace.

This class focuses on foundations, alignment, core strength, and controlled movement, with clear guidance and options throughout. Perfect if you’re new to Pilates, returning after a break, or want to build confidence using the apparatus in a friendly, encouraging environment.

No previous experience needed.

If you need Pilates socks, these are available to buy in the online store, and will be given to you before class.

Intermediate Reformer

For those ready to progress, this class adds more dynamic sequences and challenges your coordination, flexibility, and strength while maintaining precision and flow. Participants need a solid foundation in Pilates or from a dance training background.

Intermediate Tower & Reformer Combined

A dynamic, full-body Pilates class combining 25 minutes on the Reformer and 25 minutes on the Tower and 5 Minute equipment change to challenge strength, stability, mobility, and control.

Designed for those with a solid Pilates foundation, this class moves at a stronger pace and includes more complex sequences and deeper postural work.

This class flows through more challenging sequences, with options to increase intensity while maintaining control and good technique.

Ideal if you’re confident on the equipment and ready to progress your practice.
